Custom Electronic Connectors for Fluidic Systems

Custom Level Sensing Bottle Assemblies and Bottle Cap Assemblies require integrated electronics to function. Piedmont CMG excels at integrating electronics into these assemblies. Two-contact to multi-contact electronic connection is not a problem.

We use custom automated equipment for wire cutting, stripping and crimping, sleeve and shrink wrap cutting and printing. Automation gives Piedmont CMG the edge to be the low cost provider.

All contacts are visually inspected under magnification and are tested for continuity. All final assemblies are fully tested and validated for functionality and reliability before being packed for shipment.
