Ultrasonic Cleaning for Plastic Parts & Manifolds
Ultrasonic cleaning is a process using acoustic vibration or ultrasounds to vibrate the fluid. Ultrasounds can be used with just water. The cleaning process is quick and removes dust and particles that may be present in the fluidic channels of machined manifolds. Piedmont CMG performs this cleaning on all machined plastic manifolds to ensure all channels are free and clear of debris that could cause blockage or contamination.
Ultrasonic cleaning is similar to the cleaning process for jewelers. CMG’s proprietary ultrasonic cleaning uses a balance of water based cleaners at precisely controlled temperatures so no stress is induced into the machined plastic manifold.
