How Does Diffusion Bonding Work?
Diffusion bonding is a solid state process where select polymers are bonded together at the molecular level using heat and pressure over time. This technique is performed without the use of adhesives, so the bond is permanent and leaves zero solvents, glues, or contaminants between the bonded surfaces. The exact process is a proprietary technology that we have mastered over the course of decades.
